1. Scope
This notice explains how Elefante handles information on the elefante.ai website, including its contact form, and distinguishes that activity from the Elefante software running on your computer.
2. No Elefante product telemetry
The Elefante store remains local. Elefante does not collect product telemetry. Context intentionally sent by your MCP client to an AI provider is handled under that provider’s policy; review the provider’s privacy and data-use terms.
3. Website analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-view and product-interaction statistics. Vercel describes this service as cookie-free and anonymized. Data points can include the page or route, referrer, approximate location, device, operating system, and browser. Our custom events record only that a docs, download, or contact action occurred. We do not put form values, names, email addresses, or message content in analytics events.
4. Contact form
If you contact us, we process your name, email address, optional organization, selected topic, message, and consent so we can review and answer your request. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical challenge information to prevent automated abuse. Resend processes the submission to deliver it as email.
The contact endpoint does not write submissions to an Elefante database and does not log form contents. The delivered email remains in our email systems according to operational, security, and legal needs. Do not include secrets or sensitive memory content.
5. Hosting and technical records
The production website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel and network providers may process ordinary request information required to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, user agent, and requested URL, under their own service terms.
6. Sharing and international processing
We use service providers only to operate the website, prevent abuse, understand aggregate usage, and deliver contact email. Those providers may process data outside your province or country, where different laws may apply. We do not sell contact-form information.
7. Your choices and requests
You can use the local product without submitting the website contact form. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted to us, use the secure Contact form. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited records when required for security or legal compliance.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as the website or service providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
